Based in Narvon, PA, we offer both delivery and pickup options for our local customers. If you plan to pickup your order, please schedule your pickup ahead of time. You can do so by selecting local pickup during checkout.
Shipping rates differ based on the number of ducks in your order and how far they are being shipped.
It’s important to note that the USPS has recently implemented a surcharge for shipments of live animals. This has already been added to our shipping fees. If you would like to have your voice heard on this charge, please reach out to your PA state senator or representative.
Shirlock Acres is a NPIP-certified hatchery, meaning that all of our ducklings have been tested and are free of common diseases such as Avian Influenza & Fowl Typhoid.
The origins of Shirlock Acres dates back to 2007 when Roger Shirk began hatching ducklings at JM Hatchery. Today, his family-owned business is operated by his son.
