While we are based in Narvon, PA, we offer delivery to Virginia and other states across the U.S. Virginia requires any poultry that is being sent to the state to come from an NPIP-certified hatchery. It’s also important to note that shipments of live animals to Virginia and all states in the U.S. have a surcharge that was implemented by the USPS. We have edited our shipping charges to reflect this. To voice your opinion on these fees, contact your Virginia state senator or representative.
